Access Code problems after installing Windows 10 update.
The game doesn't recognize my computer for log-in purposes and requests the entry of an "Access Code", which was supposed to be mailed to me.
Nothing has arrived after 2+ hours.
Looked in Mail Trash folder and Junk folder, not there either.
The pop-up for the Access Code request says try again in 24 hours! The Support FAQs says try again in ten minutes?
Submitted request for Tech Support via e-mail, but it says it might be replied to in 24 hours!
15031-003261 is ticket number.
Can't find any telephone support number to resolve this simple problem.
