Help! Can't log in and when I do I get kicked

when I select North American and hit play, it just loads forever. Sometimes I'm able to get in but if I try to load a new zone it kicks me every single time. What the hell?! Trying to run a dungeon with my guild! This is so lame!

They will close this thread soon, but there is one big one open with a lot of players with the same problem. The storm on Twitter is getting quite large too, and the Cust. Service failure is only adding more fuel.0 -
