Help! Can't log in and when I do I get kicked

when I select North American and hit play, it just loads forever. Sometimes I'm able to get in but if I try to load a new zone it kicks me every single time. What the hell?! Trying to run a dungeon with my guild! This is so lame!

@Jubeii_of_the_scrolls Check entire first page of Tech Support forum. You are not alone. They will close this thread soon, but there is one big one open with a lot of players with the same problem. The storm on Twitter is getting quite large too, and the Cust. Service failure is only adding more fuel.

I had the game since day one release and its been nothing but problems. Love the ESO but its getting old and time to start looking into other games, regret purchasing the imperial edition.
