Blessed passive (CS) doesn't show in tooltip?

Is there an issue with my UI or does the added healing (0-25%) from the Blessed passive of the Champion System not show up in the tooltip for healing abilities?

    The UI only takes the extra stamina/magicka from CPs into consideration. But if you use an addon like FTC, you can see a notable difference between the value on your tooltip and the value done in game.

    So blessed works, but it just doesn't show up in your tooltip.
