    Leeching Plate is:

    2. Max HP
    3. Healin Taken
    4. Healin Taken
    5. 8% chance to summon a poisen cloud under your attacker that deals 1000(bit more) dmg each second for 5 seconds and heals you for dmg inflicted.

Maybe use it for my Dk, not sure atm, need to wait till we get the new sets with the next pts update.

Could Leeching Plate be ok for Tank that does not Permanent Block?
    Important Question:
    Does the Heal stack?
Stack with the heals of several adds ?
Stack with the heals of the same add?

    Does somebody know?

The 5piece proc has no cd, wich means multiple mobs could be affected at different times, wich makes the heal unreliable but nice if it procs, like engine guardian for example.

The healing done by the 5 piece "should" be improved by all your +healin taken u got, no matter if cp passive, other gear, or dk passive (12%! ^^)

If u want to, u could go for a "Leech the *** our of your opponent, but pray for procs to do so-Build" ^^

I´ll be using these as a magica sorc if it´s truely 434 of every stat.

It would have been a tough decision if they would have offered every stat at 50% of normal glyph power (about 330). 66% is too much in my opinion - no brainer decision even for pure builds. It´s not going to help hybrids that much but it´s a huge buff for pure stam / magica builds except for sorcs.

If you're looking for max stats and a balanced build, then this enchant is great. I'm sure, many Hybrids will appreciate this option and even for non Hybrids, it would actually be wise to use this enchant. I'm more a min-maxer though and like to focus on thing only and make it as good as possible.

This enchant seems to be really nice for a Imperial Knightblade Build cause it improves the nice stuff u have way further.

Imp: 12% Max Health / 10% Max Stam
    Nb Passive: 8% More Magicka
    5Heavy: 5% More Health
    Undaunted Whatever: 6% More Health/Stam/Magicka

    list continues ^^

What ? Nightblades have a Passive, that increases Magicka by 8% ? I can't believe it...
15% more Magicka regen, 8% more Magicka for nothing. What were they thinking.

Just sick :) Nightblades (a thief) has 5% more Magicka regen than Sorcerer ( a mage) and gets 8% for free, he only needs to slot 1 ability. What went wrong here here :D

A Nightblade focussing on Siphoning is more of a warlock archetype than a thief. And a warlock has every right to be called a caster and thus have some synergies to fit that role. :)

And the 8% more Magicka comes only if you have Siphoning ability slotted

You can't call a toggle ability that does nothing else (let's face it, 1k spell resist/armor is pretty irrelevant) at all comparable to a passive that only requires you to have an ability from the tree slotted.

Im still unable to comprehened why a sorcerer would summon a magical armor, not to increase his resistance against physical attacks but to increase his magicka pool. Besides that, the sorcerer is forced to sacrifice a skill slot on both bars to keep this ability active.

Wouldnt it be more fitting to make Bound Armor a buff for 1-2 minutes that actually increases physical resistance?

With vamps still taking 50% extra fire damage in Cyrodiil and having to slot a vamp skill for the regen passive I doubt we will see many vamps after a week.

This could change if the fire weakness if really reduced to 25%, dawnbreaker will still hurt vamps a lot though.

At the risk of turning this into a vampire thread -- recall that when 1.6 dropped people were claiming that nobody would roll vampire in cyrodiil anymore. That proved blatantly untrue as the meta evolved. The utility of Batswarm and Elusive Mist is pretty critical for DKs and Templars. Additionally, the damage reduction at low health and the sneak speed increase is really usefull. I think you'll still see players as vamp.
