Login, Voice Chat, Dungeon Issues (NA/PS4)

Game not allowing us to login, and even if it does, there is massive lag and the voice chat crackles, add to this if you attempt to zone into a delve or dungeon the game goes back to the login screen which does not allow you to login for an hour!
Anyone know whats going on with this? It has been doing this for the last 14+ hours

✭I notice that only some players have issies while other don't, so it might be related to network connection to certain server. I'm using Verizon Fios NYC and experience issues with login and dungeons aswell. PS4 NA server1 -
