Been searching all morning and out side of some posts from march thru may, I haven't been able to find any hard facts on what is bugged, if it still is bugged or what isn't. So far what I have been told is bugged out side of one point investment in Cp is....

Elfborn
Spell Erosion
Elemental expert
Precise strikes
Piercing
Thaumaturge

Does, any one know for sure or have any recent documentation I can go over that showcases what is and isn't bugged? Right now I am working on several builds for my guild one is a primary heavy armor stamina DPS DK that so far is pulling in 13-15k single target without trying while maintaining healthy resists. Another is a sorc magika build which is based off of a DAOC class called a thane. And I'm trying to ensure the optimum slotting for CPS to ensure damage and survivability based on the build make up. However I need to know what if anything if bugged in the CP trees to ensure optimal slotting to make up for some of the ...."quirkiness" that went into these builds to make them fun and competitive but not "Try Hard" status.
