Potency Rank 9 required Enchanting Skill increased

@ZOS_GinaBruno Was it an intended change to increase Potency Rank 9 required Enchanting level from 40 to 50? I have two characters on Live with 41 and 45 Enchanting skill and they both can use Potency Rank 9, but on PTS it says the required skill level is 50.

    Given the pain involved in levelling enchanting, this is nasty if true.

    I can't be sure, of course, but I think that change is unintended. It is more likely that Potency Improvement Rank 10 should require Enchanting level 50, and Potency 9 should stay at 40.

    It may be annoying to continue leveling enchanticg, but I can't really see what is wrong with Potency 10 being at level 50 ?

    Ah OK, so there's no problem then? As that makes sense. (Unless you think it should be 45, which would match with the previous increments.)
