Pretty much all that I want for ESO are things I believe would benefit ESO so I can't say any of them are asinine.
If I had to come up with one to fit these parameters... I would have to say for all the other continents to be fully realized in a seamless open world that wraps all of Nirn so a player can start in Daggerfall, walk east across Tamriel, board a ship, cross the ocean, arrive on Akavir, cross that land, get in another ship and arrive back in Daggerfall... all without loading!
That's crazy, asinine, and entirely unrealistic!

Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. Less Grandma armor for high ranked female characters (not anime near nekkid, just not Grandma up to my chin)
Female Costume designers (the black dress makes my toons fatter, bigger bewbs but I'm a cow, wth is that?)
More UI options (yes, I know "some" are coming)
Better trading system (doesn't have to be an AH)
Holiday-ish Events
Hide Armor individually
Better guild functionality
Ability to hide players "cosmetic " junk pets
Ofc, fixed bugs and lag issues

EDIT 1: Also, I've posted about this before, the concept of a "siege altar". Portable alters that can be purchased with AP at which you channel a single massive AOE spell that deals high damage to players and structures.

✭✭✭✭✭- Add a Cadwell's Platinum zone which would send you back to your own faction and zones would be V11 - V15 so we have some content for those levels without actually having to code new content. Ideally we'd have all sorts of new content but that's just not the case. This is a rather simple upscaling.
It also sees players adventuring in their own faction at end game and creates more options on where to level up instead of being forced into Cyrodiil (pvp), Imperial CIty (pvp) or Craglorn (forced grouping) to gain xp.
The new improvements to public dungeon xp could also be enjoyed by players all the way up to cap instead of hitting a dead stop at V10 (the current highest level public dungeon)2
