If you were to spell "recruiting" correctly I think more people would read your thread and take it more seriously.
Also saying what alliance you are in will help.
And, adding what activities your guild like to do: PvP, PvE, Trade, Social, Etc.
The more imformation you give the more requests to join you should get.
