Igneous shield +30%
Burning heart passive +12%
Champ passive quick recovery +16%
Coagulating blood +8%
Champ passive blessed +25%
Malubeth reactive proc (not up all the time) +30%
Combat medic +20% when near a keep
Argonial racial +9% (atm +6% on pts)

21.7k coagulating blood near a keep and malubeth up :-)
19.4k coagulating blood with malubeth up
16.4k without malubeth up

And I used a bunch of crap armor. Enjoy

Ohh and if you're into stamina setup, 2k vigor ticks (non crit, 17k max stam and 1773 weap dmg.

Mmmm not so sure about that.

Add all effects and you get 141% without Argonian and 147% with argonian for your test

So if Dragon Blood Heals has a base of X:

X * 2.47 = 21.7k => X = 21.7k / 2.47 = 8.8k

If you test without argonian you should get:

8.8k * 2.41 = 21.2k

Hardly a game changer that Argonian Passive.

Yea I know argonian is just a minor buff.
Main issue that they need to change all values to be multiplicative instead of additive to avoid OP stuff in pvp areas.
