Why is there a ring and a band can you have two rings or two bands?

Allso i can only find vet 13 rings where are the vr14 ones

    Don't care for the different names :) It doesn't matter which one you take. You can (and should) wear 2 Cyrodiils Light rings/bands at the same time.

    The vr14 ones are sold by the Elite Vendor for 248 000 Alliance Points per piece. You can find the vendor near one of the gates of your alliance. For the exact location, better google it or ask someone to show him/her to you.

    And you're sure, it was the 'Elite' vendor ? Each alliance has 2 different vendors. For AD, there is 1 house with a bunch of Vendors and 1 wannabe Magi sells the vr 13 ones.

    But then there also is the Elite Vendor, selling vr14 stuff. I'm sure you met the wrong vendor. Not sure if the elite vendor sells vr13 stuff, then you should scroll down and look for the vr14 version.

    What level is your char?

    I believe that the Elite Vendor don't show the VR14 equipment when your char is lower than VR14.

    (I'm not totally sure on this... maybe someone can confirm?)

    You can see V14 only once you have reached it. In case you are still V13 or lower, the elite vendor will show V13.

    But would explain why the OP didn't see them. OP, are you vr 14 ?

    Im at lilou guidroz max she has is vr13 im only vr1 but i have the ap for it :[ ill have to wait
