Hello everyone .
Today I tested the interaction of the "bastion", "blessed" and "quick recovery" champion stars with the new battlespirit changes.
The testing was inspired by the hardened and healing ward testing presented in this thread:

The results are more or less shocking, depending on how long you had to deal with ZOS:
All my testing was done naked, with always the same amount of CP distributed in the constellations somewhere so the stat gain from CP is negated.
To test I used the UNMORPHED skills "Blessing of Protection" and "Conjured Ward". I did not have any passives in the restoration staff skill line.
First my results for "Blessed"
Points in "Blessed" - Tooltip - healing done
In Cyrodiil:
0 - 1720 - 902
100 - 1720 - 1127
Here i stopped my testing with blessed because i discovered something incredible that makes further tests with it pointless.
Shockingly enough ZOS did NOT screw up with this one. The 1127 value is actually 125% of 902 !!!
Next test !
Bastion:
Points in "Bastion" - Tooltip/Shield strenght
Out of Cyrodiil:
0 - 2982
100 - 3697
In Cyrodiil:
0 -1491
100 - 1849
What is this madness you may ask ? Well i will tell you.
This is the SECOND of three tests subjects
ZOS did NOT screw up !!!
good thing we have a third test to prove us that ZOS is still as bad at math as we are used to.

Quick Recovery:
Points in "QR" - tooltip - heal
Out of Cyro:
0 - 1720 - 1803 (I dont know why this is the case, but all the other numbers make sense with 1803 as healing done as well so it is probably simply a wrong tooltip)
100 - 1720 - 2091
IN Cyro:
0 - 1720 - 902
100 - 1720 - 1190
Finally. ZOS *** up again

As we can see in cyrodiil with 100 points in QR we do not recieve 16% more increased healing (144 - 1046). Instead we receive TWICE as much (288 - 1190).
The most likely explanation is that it works the same as with Healing ward and Hardened Ward in the thread I mentioned earlier.
The "Quick Recovery" bonus is added as a flat number onto the healing received, which is calculated without the Battle Spirit reduction. So "Quick Recovery" provides the very same benefit number wise in Cyrodiil it it provides out of it.
