Could someone test if that 5 piece bonus stacks?

Say you cast a heal on me and i proc the bonus, and then another person wearing the same set casts a heal on me, does the bonus stack twice?

if so you will have people jacking Spell damage out the Wazoo and something like this does NOT need to end up in the launch.

I don't believe it will make a big difference. Heals are being spammed as is right now and as there are not targetable heals there will always be massive overhealing and the set will proc anyway.

If anything the 50 % nerf to healing in PvP will require to spam even more heals. Having this set just gives a positive side effect. But as it gives a buff and I expect it to refresh with every critical heal the question would rather be if the set itself creates more lag...

How often, in actual fight circumstances, are people honestly going to be at full health?

Same with the Redistributor set. #1, I don't see them proc'ing as often as you think. #2, I don't see people giving up their other sets for 5 pieces with that functionality.

Let me explain how I see this set. If it becomes popular and a lot of people spam it, then each heal should check whether the player is on full health, whether there is a CD on the proc and also apply the heal if needed. That will increase the number of the calculations. Moreover people will be motivated to spam the heals all the time.
