Sure thing. I did also submit the crash report forms in-game which hopefully should also help (my user name in-game is the same as here).
Unfortunately this hasn't helped me. Disabled all addons, still crashing and lagging quite frequently.
Hello folks.
I don't think it's the cause of your problems, but please also delete all files in Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\pts\SavedVariables, we found a nasty bug there.
@ZOS, I've submitted a ticket throught /bug on PTS.

Thank you very much! We'll have our Engineers take a look at this tomorrow.

Are previous version equipment (including crafted/ dropped sets) compatible with update 1.7/2.1 ?
There have been a few issues where specific Alts have issues with crashing in previous updates.
Does ALL existing gear get upgraded by default or ignored ?
Would it be worth players trying new/template characters if they are crashing all the time ?
Is there an exiting character upgrade issue ?
This might also impact addons if they are using initial data from a previous version that has since been upgraded.

I think you are on the wrong thread in the wrong forum - this is where we are testing future content.
+1As much as I want to believe that the eng can fix it ..........
1. get better servers
2. use bigger servers
3. fix the code errors much like the one that tries to log players out . Its the one that while your walking/riding or anything really says unable to log out in combat.
4. fix the memory leak
5. force remove players from cyro and IC when they log off so the pop caps are not total BS.
I understand that some of this will require a hefty investment but I think its time to bring the game to par or walk away If you cannot.
It is impossible for ZOS to make all versions of add-ons compatible with all versions of ESO.
...because they don't write them and can't modify them. That falls on the add-on authors.
Since this is running a brand-new version of the API it can't be expected that the authors have updated their mods.
I am running a handful of carefully selected add-ons on PTS and I have not crashed a single time. Not saying there aren't issues but don't be so quick to place blame just because it requires you to change something.
And yes, you can be expected to their their game and not add-ons...because ZOS does not maintain them.
Untick the boxes and carry on.
