Imperial City needs a bounty board

It would be great to have a bounty board in the city to turn in the "Kill Enemy Players" quests. I'm not sure what other content is, but other simple dailies would be great as well. Perhaps they could pay out in Tel Var stones instead of AP which would give those people who are not great at PvP another way to earn the stones.

So, stealing hard earned TV stones from other players when you gank them, camp them or just wait till they fight enough of mobs to backstab them, is not enough incentive for PVPers?

I was suggesting an incentive for the non PvPers. If you're not much good and you keep getting your stones taken, you'll still know if you kill 20 players you'll still get a payout. I'm thinking 100 stones would be fine.

But if nothing else, I'd still like to get my AP without leaving IC.
