I would consider removing the +300% bubble strength to maybe 100% or even lower. this will become the meta if you don't. every person in ic that i have ran into is using it. or maybe make it so there can only be 1 bubble active at a time besides barrier ultimate and bone shield

✭✭Already kinda is cause there still some players who still can tank 3 or 4 guys in LA using shields. But again the problem isn't shields it self but that players can stack 4 or 5 or even 6 at once.1 -

The healing nerf works on it.

✭From memory my normal healing ward tooltip outside cyrodiil is 4k something...increased by up to 300% is 16k (max ward at low health)
4k increased by up to 150% is 10k (max ward at low health)
tooltip in pvp is 2k, increased by up to 300% is 8k (max ward)
2k increased by 150% is 5k
Either way, 150% scaled you're talking about going from 16k to either 10k, or 5k. Most likely 5k (if the tooltip isn't rubbish) which is a double nerf in shield strength and a whopping 2.5k heal, and this is at low health.
I dont think the scaling should be touched.
It's also better now that players aren't 2 shot any more they can use it at lower health and gain more benefit. Keep in mind that you risk getting executed doing that also.Edited by Domander on August 2, 2015 1:07AM0 -

These people want to 4v1 all day and not be bothered by any sort of dodge, block, shield, or rolling hindrance so they can "oh Im so good" group with heals, tank and 1-2 dpsers can go hunt down the next solo guy. If he lives longer than 5 seconds it's come to the forums for nerfs. Everything you guys cry about leads to zerg zergity zerg zerg.
Not to mention above.. Read hard and clear ZoS.. OmG!! My 9k 1 click wre4cking blows aren't 3 shotting and people are living.. Please those NBs and their 4-6k funnels while I NEVER have to EVER worry about ANY caster EVER taking me out before Im aware... Then the next thread you'll see them talking about... I can still 2 shots stupid noobs with my weet stamina build..
At first the first few days I was having a blast.. On my stamina chars. Now I can hardly stomach logging into the carpel tunnel of playing a char with two staffs and light armor. Trying to stay alive and hit like a wet noodle in PvP.
Edit.. And I have yet to have any caster hit gank me at full health and WTF me before I could respond. Yet it's happening all day with stamina builds. You want to be fair and crunch those shields. Look into stamina DPS. Its not hard to gap close and annihilate. Its 10x harder to keep range than to close it in this game.Edited by Mawgusta on August 2, 2015 1:13AM1 -

Oh I know the difference. I find it hard to believe that you have played a clothie extensively and haven't experienced a Heavy attack, Dizzying swing, dizzying swing, execution crunch yet.

The "shield stacking class" can only stack 3 at most, 2 when full hp, 1 when fighting stam builds. Thundering Presence/Boundless Storm is an armour/spell res buff, not a ward. Armour/Spell res is ignored by wards, so Boundless Storm is nothing but a speed buff with a tiny, melee-range dot, it absorbs no damage. Yes i have both My sorc , mana nb and mana templar
Only magicka spec I havent tried is dk yet.
Also what you wrote is 4 skills. Not 1-2shot like on live.
I drop people with one snipe, twoshot with 2x surprise attacks (on live gank speccd nb) and on this pts i need atleast 4 hits on most:)
