how is the release of windows 10 going to effect console play, primarily xbox one? the pc cross over of players to console who had over a year to develop their characters and use of mods have made this game almost impossible to play. is windows 10 going to yet again give a distinct and brutal disadvantage to xbox users?

The functionality of the windows operating system is completely different from playing the game on the PC server or console servers. Zenimax has not made any changes to how we access a server. WIndows 10 is only allowing control and viewing on a game in some instances...there are developers that are opening unreleased games up to cross-platform play but I've not seen or heard those changes here. Maybe I'm misinformed tho...what sources are you looking at?
