Stone Hand In Workarounds

So this is what I have seen people doing
- Enter dungeon then exit into ghratwood
- Die to NPC loose 10%
- any others?
This is going to stop people grouping and doing a stone hand in the proper way (through the tunnels) where gankers and people protecting the carriers would otherwise engageme in battle. I assume this was the original intention?
This also encourages people to kill for stones then just die to npc's after a good steal rather than defending it. It also leaves to chance to the person who just lost it has a chance to recover it.
