I just crafted a gold v15 sword of torug's pact to compare with my v14 same item.
While the "Damage" is a little higher, the spell damage & other "set bonuses" did NOT increase. Is this working as intended or a bug?

    If the Setbonuses wont increase by Crafting higher Gear, why should we bother with Vr16Items then?
    @ZOS_GinaBruno we need to know if this is a bug or supposed to work as it is right now.

    Are both of those items on PTS?
    Because from what I remember they did decrease the set bonuses 1 level for all items, so a vr14 item on the live server would have the same bonuses as a vr15 on PTS.

    EDIT:
    Set bonuses definitely do increase:

    Both items are compared side by side on the PTS, i'm not talking at all about live.
