Why don't we have a voice in the Steam forums?

Hello travellers,
I was hoping to get the attention of someone here that also owns the game on Steam, or an admin for this forum that may be able to push this through for all ESO gamers no matter what platform.
I am a very avid gamer, so I game on PC and 3 next gen consoles. I spend most of my PC time in Steam forums while I have been enjoying the ps4 port of this lovely game. I recently noticed that the people playing this that did not buy it through Steam have absolutely no voice, we cannot give advice to questions, or ask from more experienced players.
I have seen one user here that is on Steam as well, but I won't call out his/her name unless I see it in this thread.
All I ask is if there is any way that there is an admin or even a dev here that knows one of the mods or admins for the Steam forum of this game can give everyone there a voice, not just the ones that bought it through Steam.
Thank you for all of your time,
Regards,
Donny.

Oh, that is a tough issue. I just checked to verify, because I bought a physical imperial edition when it first launched (there was no steam version yet, anyways), I cannot post in the discussions for that game. I can subscribe to threads, but not make any threads or reply to any.

I didn't think Steam ever allowed people to comment in discussions for games they didn't have?

    too steamy for us obviously

Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

Actually the only reason I started my SA was because I was playing payday 2 forever on xbox and a friend told me to heck out steam, went into the forums and hung out for awhile then bought it on steam....120 games later :/'......
