I Want a disciplined End Game PVP Guild

Looking for a disciplined end game PVP guild.

By disciplined I mean a leader that has teams broken out for PVP, uses all the guild chat channels, guild where people STFU in chat and allow the leaders to send out commands. I know its very early game for this but I am looking for a guild that is going to grow into this and that has experience on the larger scale PVP game.

Also interested in PVE as well.
