For those concerned about the Bolt Escape Changes (nerfs)

I have been playing in IC on PTS (and you should too!). I was initially not happy about the changes since kiting was part of my playstyle. One noteworthy thing about Imperial City is that it's a city consisting of alley ways and roads, confined space, so bolt escaping all over the map is a quick way to get yourself killed. There are tons of adds all over and I have found that roll dodging has been a lot more preferable and controllable. Your going to have to adapt your playstyle, but I don't think the Bolt Escape adjustments are the end of the world anymore.

Outside Imperial city, in Cyrodiil...well that's another story.

I think Bolt escape will be fine with the nerf the only actual difference I think we will see is players waiting for that 4 sec cooldown before they do it again.

Personally i think BE will be used primarly as a stun now, next to no one will use BOL. The 4 seconds isn't that big of a deal either, especially if you're a vamp and have elusive mist.

how have you found the shield nerfs so far?

I'll still be using BOL, I'll just cast mist after and by the time that ends BOL is back to its lowest cost

I don't want to be an ugly undead thing and will likely switch to Streak. It'll be fun to try out. Also some of the other (non-sorc class) changes have gotten me a bit excited to try new things people will undoubtedly cry about sorcs using. lol
