IC map needs to show icons for World Bosses and also label the districts

The IC map right now is very devoid of information. It only shows treasure vaults, crafting stations, and entrances to the sewer. It really needs to show World Boss icons. It also needs to show the names of the districts (I can't remember if this is there or not already). These things would greatly facilitate communication between players.
Technicality: I realize the World Bosses roam around a lot, but there really needs to be an icon of where they spawn.
Also, I don't want to have to install an addon that shows these things. They should be available by default for all players.

✭✭✭✭✭I'm not sure if it's possible for the sweepers to be marked, as they never stand still. They may not even spawn in the same place each time (and I doubt ZOS would want to mark the spawn point, as then people will just farm that location).
The district names appear if you hover over the icon in the middle of the zone - I'm pretty sure the icon should be this one:
, but I think it's currently bugged and showing this one instead:
