Imperial City

I read the announcement for the Imperial City and it seems it is mostly for groups and VR16 rank. If so,I'm kinda bummed. Low level Chars look to be left out pretty much. No quests playable for those who havent reached the VR ranks.
(please dont flame me.I was just hoping it would be good for everyone,even those not high in ranking.)

It won't be out until Sept/Aug so 99% will be vet 1 :P

I believe you will be battle-levelled in the Imperial City the same way you are in Cyrodiil.

What platform are you on? Maybe we can get you up to speed by then?

Most DLC or Expansions don't add much, if anything, to low level content. There's already TONS to do between levels 1-50.

That is correct. Because of this, Imperial City should be viable for anyone above Level 10.

I have two vets,vr1 and vr4,but it would be great if it was going to be open for people across the board,not just vets.I hope it will be so whenever it does get released. :}

PvP is always available for lvl 10s and up.

It is. Hop on the PTS, they have level 35 templates you can make and join on in the fun with. On live in the non-vet campaign, IC is going to be a lot of fun for lowbie pve/pvp

The biggest obstacles going in are the groups of VR16 enemies that roam the sewers and streets. Even if you can handle them yourself, you'll still want to travel with groups of people until you're comfortable with the layout of the City.

TY for the info.I have to do a reload of the PTS.I yanked my system out and reloaded it last week,and while I have ESOTU,I havent dled the PTS yet.I'll do that tonight,as it takes forever to load in. :}

This is a pvp/end game oriented update. You will get story oriented content in the next update, set in Orsinium.
