You really need to nerf armor penetration.

when any player can very easily reduce your armor to 0 no matter if your in full heavy or not, something is the matter.

i have less than 4k phys. res.
................vr14 legendary armor parts all of course.
also less than 9k stamina.
i wont enter IC with my main character - cant block - cant roll dodge - cant break out - cant sneak.
cant cast a (useless) shield every 6 secs.
useless because they do way more damage than that tiny shield can absorb - so...im stunned.
break out (stamina down by that time - cant roll anymore or anything) - next stun - killshot!
can only get killed
guess i have to go full stamina now and make new set and so on.
oh well...
i just think its sad that i HAVE TO create a character for pvp.
that i can not use my main character.
if anyone figured out a way for a templar full magicka healer in pvp/Imperial City - please pm me.

Happens with a full set of heavy armor too, there IS a problem with penetration3 -

nice try. i wear 5 heavy 1 med 1 light. 18k armor. most stamina dual wields have 30k+ armor penetration rating.
