Completly Intent on making Both Vampire and Werewolf pointless i guess...

basically making the passives that are almost the only redeeming factor of these "alternative forums" ineffective 90% of the time.
oh im sure in PvP your Vampire is going to have Mist Form on, but in PvE its always going to be a waste to slot a vamp skill. Even more so for Werewolf which has always been too week to bother slotting in any competetive fashion on both game modes...
this is really disheartening.... ZOS is utterly intent on making both Vampire and Werewolf Worthless in the game.... Guess someone on the dev team really hates twilight (not a fan myself tho the Xmen style fight at the end of the last movie was kind of bitchin)
