✭✭I'm sorry, I didn't mean to turn your thread into a Cloak thread. There is a lot more to talk about. For instance the blocking nerf that will have huge repercussions for PvE players while solving an annoying part of PvP. I'm suprised they are going to do that. I guess that is another thing to look out for on the PTS.
It's all good. The cloak debate is always a good one.
As far as the blocking nerf I think it's far too extreme. 50% reduced stam regen when blocking would have been more appropriate imo.1 -

That sounds like a good in-between, I'm thinking, @Jules... still would add some difficulty in PVE where it's needed by far, and and while it would the usability a chunk in Cyro/the Imp City, it wouldn't be as harsh for PVP as it is in the 2.1.0 PTS where it feels like it makes a much, much larger impact.
