Falling throught the floor is back happened a couple of times. Sometimes you get "spewed back up" sometimes you fall to impending doom.
Happens sometiems while logging in or just standing or other.

This is all part of their evil plan to sell parachutes in the crown store.
On a serious note, I'm guessing this has to do with their fixing of the gap-closer stuck in the ground bug.
