Why doesnt the imperial edition items appear when i start the game?

So I bought the Imperial edition and when I started it up to play I noticed that the imperial race was not available. Im wandering if this is happening to anyone else or is this just for me and is there any way to fix it (Ive tried reinstalling)

    So you're referring to the Character Creation screen and are unable to select an Imperial?

    Did you buy the Imperial Edition off the bat or did you buy an upgrade to the base game (not sure if that's doable, just a possiblity)?

    You can check what edition the account system thinks you have if you log into your Account on the web site and check what Edition it says you have, then go to Billing History and see if it's mentioned there.

    "Explorer’s Pack or Imperial Edition items not being delivered: We are aware of this issue, and are working on a fix. We do not have any workarounds at this time."

    So there is no need to contact support. there is no workaround and all they can tell you is this.

    If you are on pc it is a different story cause the bug doesnt apply there,

    A fix came in yesterdays ps4 patch for it, at least it dis for me as i had all missing items and crowns after i updated

    There has been several reports before that people got them with a huge delay. It seems to be part of the issue. So it is not that everyone has to wait for the fix. But they don't garantee it comes through eventually without a fix and they can't tell how long it takes.

    The official updatenotes don't speak of a fix for this (unless I'm reading over it). The known issues thread linked in my earlier post is updated but not for this issue. So it is still a known issue and it has not been fixed.
