"Explorer’s Pack or Imperial Edition items not being delivered: We are aware of this issue, and are working on a fix. We do not have any workarounds at this time."
So there is no need to contact support. there is no workaround and all they can tell you is this.
If you are on pc it is a different story cause the bug doesnt apply there,

A fix came in yesterdays ps4 patch for it, at least it dis for me as i had all missing items and crowns after I updated
