NO STAM REGEN While Blocking, this has got to be pulled before it goes live.

This has absolutely got to go, who in the right mind would be on board with, Crazy Expensive dodge rolls, using stam while blocking, and to top it off make stam regen ZERO. Im ok with the dodge roll thing for pvp, but all three stam cost is crazy given that you decided to apply these to pve.

ZOS Stop implementing these crazy schemes to balance PVP into the PVE world. I would strongly ask to give our stam regen back for PVE if nothing else. With a magic build I can roll dodge once and block a couple hits and thats it.

So far its not looking good for the Imperial City update based on the feedback I am getting from players I meet in the IC and my guild. It's over run by gankers and highly skilled pvpers, not to mention a group of another alliance camping our tunnel entrances preventing most from entering.

They should just add it to the PvP buff you get whilst in Cyrodiil.

Stam potions..... They are there for a reason you know?

As far as the TV stone farmers it is going to happen no matter what. Best thing to do is join a guild and run with them into PvP.
ZOS explained that IC is for PVP players.. There honestly is no reason for a person not into PvP to bother with buying the DLC.

You mean the debuff, but yea they should clearly separate it, I dont mind it too much in pvp since it helps things die faster. But when stam isnt your primary attribute there is not much you can do, and therefore always vulnerable.

the other issue is that the change doesn't balance pvp.

it imbalances pvp as a strategy that tanks are shoehorned into using is no longer viable and the trade off of survivability for little damage become less survivability for little damage.

So If i use potions designed for my build or block in dungeons I am doing it wrong? Quit trolling and go somewhere else. It's idiots like this that welcome ZOS to make any change they want to.

Yes heaven forbid me use spell powerpotions for a dps build, I know I am doing it all wrong. And heaven forbid I block to mitigate any damage... Using potions to buff my dps is called being a good dps, blocking when I take damage so its less of a burden on the healer so they can focus on the tank is also called being a good dps. But I assume in your groups no one blocks or uses potions and you make your healer over work. Assuming you have ever ran a dungeon.

For PvE, I just think people need to time their blocking a bit better. Don't just sit there and hold block until you get hit, block when you're just about to get hit.

Well this is true for tanks, but my post wasn't for tanking. Im just saying as a Magicka based dps, it takes only a couple blocks and stam is gone. Majority of the few hours in pvp I have no stamina.

All I am doing is posting my thoughts on the matter, I didn't know there were so many players welcoming nerfs with open arms without question. Id figure maybe even a little resistance will get zos to change their minds as after all this is why we are in the PTS, to put our opinions our there. Too bad there are too many on the forums more concerned about trolling post just to disagree rather to actually addressing their issues or concerns, not just criticizing the person who posted it.

I have a lot more post than half of the players on these forums, but yeah I am just a troll.

All I am saying is that one of ESO's problems are that this game is TO EASY!
Everyone expects to be able to do EVERYTHING and yet ask that there be balance.

YES we have ran vet dungeons even on the test server and guess what... WE DO FINE!

I guess if you are supporting the game getting any harder it qualifies as being a troll..

EDIT: Yes forest and Thymos these scrubs need to learn how to play and not hold block constantly.
If you can no longer ROFLSTOMP speed run content with the crappy groups you are running with then find better players. Like I said before.......... My groups are fine. Yes I run a tank and sometimes a DPS.

Pretty sure that's what stam potions are there for, "man they increased how much stamina is used now for rolling and blocking! I actually now have to use potions! This game sucks!". Pretty much how people are seeing it now all because of that. Use your stamina wisely rather then wasting it then maybe you guys wouldn't have such a fit about it. Also I'm a NB and I have no issues with these changes

Dude. Just run two semi-tanks, or have an off-tank dps who only runs sword/board instead of dual wield so he can sub when the tank runs out of stamina. Adapt.

I can understand your point of view however, you must realize you are "the world's greatest player" and some of these people are not. So step outside of the world's greatest player role and look at other players side. Should zos create a world's greatest player mode for those that are the world's greatest player? Zos should not want the world's greatest player feel unchallenged.

LF3M Healer, Tank, DPS or DPS thats a Semi Tank, Or if no DPS wants to tank, Maybe Healer that can Tank.

For PvP I agree with the no stamina regeneration, but not with PvE. From what I'v seen on the PTS so far this just promotes all tanks to go with magica builds and put Ransack on the coat rack to never be used again. With so many boss fights putting down your block for a moment will result in a quick death and not having the stamina to roll out of the red will cause your group to wipe. Stamina will become nothing more than a block resource, to precious to use on any Sword and Shield ability "might as well pull all my skills out of that tree excluding the passives".

This also further nerfs all none Templar healers. Got to have the shards and repentance is a must. This game goes from play how you want "remember that old saying" to the typical cookie cutter build and group with every patch.

Also your big fix to this is to add a stupide armor set that gives us a 20% chance to get stamina back while blocking.

WHY NOT! Make an armor set that makes light and heavy attacks drain stamina/magica if someone is blocking and or give them a no stamina/magica regeneration debuff for X seconds "something like those archers in round six of VDSA"? Instead of nerfing the whole system! It could also just be a passive or a power in the alliance war skills.

It sad that people say the game is too easy the game is too easy. I don't find too much to be difficult, But at the same time I know my wife will never run in a trial or be a great competitive member for good vet runs, or even pvp, because she simple doesn't play like most of these elitist. Its not that she doesn;t want to, its that she's just not that competive and great. And there are THOUSANDS like that.

But let me pose this question. If the game is too easy:

>Why do they feel the need to run the most legendary gear
>Why do they ask for the best dps, tanks or healers when grouping, or proof of dps? Or asking for specific builds like Redguard Stam templar for trial runs..

I understand your point about the wife as mine feels the same.

I will say that the reason you have MIN/MAXers is because it is the staple of any MMO.. Heck even ANY rpg that you can build your character. It has always been us{the players} VS them{the devs} lol.

I personally wish CP was never around and I look forward to the day that ZOS does make a non CP PvP option. I have never and never will use any exploit.
I will use my brains and simple math to find the optimal build.
