Millet is a provisioning ingredient and does not drop from mobs. It can be found in sacks all over the place. Matter of fact, I think those sacks specifically say Millet on them.
Can't find the items you are looking for? Need a place to trade? We welcome ESO players of all platforms at ESO Trade, the home for trading of goods and services in the lands of Tamriel.

Uhm... you don't really need to farm millet. It's absolutely everywhere. I can't walk 20 feet in any of the areas without tripping over a bag of it. Makes me wonder what's so enticing about millet in the first place.

Check, like, any building, delve, dungeon, pile of sacks, ship, warehouse, camp or just about any sack laying about. You're bound to find it.

There are like 4 of them in the tutorial area of Coldharbor alone.

Millets are important crops in the semi-arid tropics.................The crop is favored due to its productivity and short growing season under dry, high-temperature conditions.

So, if it were possible to grow your own crops, Reaper's March might fit the climate for Millet. Of course, you can't.

Please stop making requests for game features. ZOS have enough bad ideas as it is!

Fish are almost valueless, since so many are fishing for perfect roe, and fish have flooded the market. But a stack of fish and millet in the hands of a maxed provisioner will sell to a vendor for 4k from a V10 recipe. That's pretty good ROI, much better than selling fish or millet separately.

I haven't seen any place that is loaded with millet, but any site that has a lot of provisioning supplies usually has a few millet.

Pick a treasure chest route of your choice where millet is also available en route. Farm chests, farm millet = profit.

we had gardens in several of the DLCs in previous EOS games (VILA LAIR, WIZARDS TOWER, etc.). I could envision a whole agricultural system whereby a player could farm ingredients, and livestock. There could be "hirelings" to work the farm, or even guilds to plant/harvest, etc. A whole AGI skill line.
