Change bindings on console gamepad?

I did a search but couldn't find anything about it, so sorry if it's already been discussed.

Does anyone know if anything is planned to allow button bindings to be customized? Or is there already some way to do this that I just haven't been able to figure out?

I think with the PS4 version, you can actually change the bindings within the PS4 settings themselves. So you can technically swap them around a bit.

WHAT?!?! That's awesome! I'll have to see if I can swap bindings on the PS4 to make ESO remote play on Vita better.

It'd be awesome if ZOS did some configuration just for the Vita remote play and just made it so you touched the hotbar icons on the screen to activate abilities

Anytime I do remote play on my phone (Z3) I find myself trying to touch things on the screen instead of controller interface overlay hah
