Update Download Not Starting

I have tried several times now to get today's update to download, but it is still stuck on the download screen. The progress bar is empty and it does not say the usual "??GB/??GB installed" or anything like that. I have tried starting w/o updating, to try and refresh the download. I have tried four times to restart my PS4. Nothing has worked. Every time I have let it sit for at least 5 minutes before trying again. Is there anything else that I can try to fix this?

✭Scratch that: it must just have been a display issue. After a couple of minutes, the bar kicked in at 15.3 GB of 16.3 GB, and it is loading fine now.
FireflyNeph: I would give it more than 5 minutes; I think it is downloading but jut not showing it. So give it a while and I think it might kick in.

When I came back and turned it on to try again it kicked in after sitting on that screen for about two and half minutes. Thanks for the replies! Hope this thread helps anyone else stuck on that screen

Im having the same issue, when I start the download from the Notifications Window it shows that its buffering the download.
