Anyone else recognized a stun lock on many abilities ?

I first saw this when using bolt escape. I am stun locked when I press the button and after the blink is over.
Same thing happens when I use combat prayer, I am rooted for a short moment until I can move again. Also had this with many other abilities.
Anyone else having the same problem ?
