Curiosity: How long do you spend in the Character Creation Menu

Where do I even start? Mannnn, I've spent some good hours in the CC Menu and after an hour or so more I'm like, nope that's not what I really wanted (Recreate Character) start again. Out of curiosity how many hours do you spend on your charecter in perfecting it and how many times do you restart over to improve it.

Since ESO has a very limited few options character creator I've only spent at most probably 10 mins to make my perfect character.

Now if this was black deserts character creator I'd probably spend hours making a character, like 5+ hours

For me it depends on the race I pick. For humans, I try to make them look like me or resemble a famous hero. About 30 minutes. For Elves I go for a petite, graceful, kind of cocky look. About an hour. Beast races I usually auto generate it and change a few things like hair, tone and eye color. 5-10 minutes lol

The version we had in beta allowed for some more options on the body build. I took hours.

Depending on the character's intended role, it can last hours -- just the face.

I take an iterative approach, tuning each and every slider just so, until my taste and sense of beauty are satisfied.

You sound just like me haha. It's nice to know I'm not alone in this, thanks for the feedback people.

I started on launch day. Clicked 3 times on Random then logged in. This took about 5 seconds. I recently noticed (after 1 year) that my character has tattoes. Cool.

I'm with you on this one, it seems at times that I pay $15 a month just for the Character creation and to get to level 10, then back to step one :)

Probably not more than 15-20 minutes.
Doesn't seem worth it since they often seem to look quite different in the daylight rather than a cell.
I've just got an orc out of Coldharbour and she will shortly be deleted but I now know most of the settings I want my orc to have, just a few still to be tweaked.
So I restart quite a lot.

Apart from thinking that this topic really needs a poll, i'd say i spend around 15 minutes making a character.

My first character took over an hour. For my alts I'll ponder it over several days and then spend 30 minutes or so in the creator menus. This includes a couple of minutes playing with a name generator to name my toon.

    Until I am done.

On average... hmmm... I'd say, somewhere between 30 minutes and an hour? Though I'd go back for another time to fix small details if I could... (and hopefully, someday will)
