If you make a character from a template, unfortunately their riding skills (and provisioning - ie. everything that was changed in recent updates/patches) are at zero.

They have bigger things to worry about right now, but it would be nice if they would consider updating those 3 aspects of template characters - set provisioning to 50 and provide sets of crown horse training manuals in the 'consumables' template crate.
