Did Dreugh King slayer set get a weapon damage nerf?

My DK transfer lost 100 weapon damage. It was 2x171 but now says 2x121......and of course it shows in my weapon damage stat also. On another note: I thought they added weapon damage to the Warrior Stone?

Well, in that case I guess I'll need to put on two weapon power enchantments just to get back where I was. My DK transfer gained a level (vet 15).......had 63 CP's added........and got weaker for it?...... go figure. (plus a loss of 100 stamina recovery).
