Anyone else not able to get into the PTS due to Non-Authorisation?

Okay So i logged into the PTS and tried to login and got this

So I went into my inbox to wait for the email and nothing appeared ( yes Its definitely the right email ) and nothing has appeared.....and still later...nothing......Being waiting quite a while now.

The e-mail will be titled "Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - Login From Unknown IP Address" and if you're a gmail user, it may be hiding in your Promotions tab.

If the email isn't hiding there or you aren't a gmail user, please head to your spam/junk folders to double check it didn't land there. After verifying that your email is indeed no where to be found, please add noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com and noreply@elderscrollsonline.com to the e-mail account's allow list to avoid having it automatically deleted or moved to a spam folder and request a new code.

If those steps don't help, please reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.

Mine showed up after 29 minutes (e.g., 2 attempts with no mail, third attempt it showed up 1 minute before expiration). It appears that the authentication servers are having a rough time keeping up and/or don't have enough resources allocated.

Yeah I'm having the same problem, not in promotions, not in spam.

@ZOS_TristanK, I am having this problem as well. I am using gmail but have received these emails before so I know they are not lost in SPAM or Promotions. I believe it is as @Mujuro stated; the servers cannot keep up with the demand.

I'm having the same issue.

I've looked in all relevant folders of my gmail inbox and the email is not there.

Thanks for trying the steps all! Due to high demands on the account server, there may be a longer than average delay in receiving your access code. If you don't receive one within an hour of your initial request, please try having one resent. Thanks for your patience!

Its been well over an hour and still nothing. I can't try again for another half hour and still no email. Not sure what to do at this point
