How can we test with people using 3600 champion points?

Same here, made a templar VR14 template and only got 300 cp

interesting.....this guys life would not budge from 99% and when I whispered him he said he spent 3600 points......... nor was his shield EVER going down (permablocker). Wonder what gives, thought they did away with this
