Not that it's a big deal since I do plan to purchase it anyway, but that was just a "test buy" that didn't impact my Crown balance outside the PTS... tight?

    right, they said in the patch notes they added crowns to the PTS just to players buy the DLC and test it

    That's cool just checking. When I first got to Cyrodiil, I couldn't see the IC quest giver until I bought it... just so you guys don't waste time looking for him.
