3 seconds is doable, if it has to be nerfed. But 1.5 is not worth the slot.
Disabling the grass may improve performance.1 -

✭What a joke these responses are. Dragon knights can reflect up to 4 projectiles of any type, can spam the ability, and aren't fixed to a single location.
How is that not more op than ball of lightning which only absorbs spells in a fixed location, makes you a target, and has a curved increasing magicka cost.

I'm really excited to play a Frost Sorcerer with update 7, especially with Bolt Escape not dramatically increasing in cost per use as stated in previous ESO live.

I think Zeni said they forgot to include the increasing (additive) BE cost to the notes but that change is still happening.
