Existing V14 characters start at V15 with 150k extra XP on PTS

This probably occurs because once you reach V14, you still fill the xp bar to 1 million. So once the xp requirement for Vet ranks is reduced to 85%, that leftover 1m xp instantly puts us at V15 with 150k leftover
