How am i able to 1 hit kill people with Expert Hunter?

Uh in case you haven't seen or read all the other threads about it or you're making a bad joke about it the skill is bugged to stack and basicly give you one shot killing powers even with clatrops........ yea clatrops those little metal spike things that are suppost to deal little to no damage and slow you down.

It'd be nice if they could fix this quickly. It's wonderful when nobody can hit a general at the anchors because some jackass has to one-shot it.

Uhm... There are dozens of bugs that have been in the game since beta (yeah, over a year ago) and that aren't fixed yet.

I know, but in the meantime I guess I'm trying to have some hope that maybe, just maybe, they'll finally fix some of them.

Apparently someone hasn't ever pvp'd before. If there's a glitch with even the slightest advantage, thousands will exploit it.

Is this platform specific? I use Expert Hunter and Caltrops on PC on one of my VR14s because it works well when large groups are charging at a narrow space (bridge, gate, breach) yet ever since people have started talking about this I haven't seen it proc for more than the tool tip damage (plus extra for crit).

I think some exaggeration is going on here, it doesn't always one hit kill by itself.
Depends on the target's build and level and if they are a vamp or in werewolf form.
Also a combination of lethal arrow/focused aim followed by venom arrow is killer with it.

Can't speak for PC (haven't played that version since May 2014), but it's definitely a problem on PS4. Every time I'm in Cyrodiil, someone is either using it on other players or trolling anchors. VR14 hung out at the Bruma anchor (Skull of Corruption NA) for an hour yesterday using it with caltrops - at one point, a general was going to spawn, but everything died before anyone could hit it. It seems to be pretty common in the delves too.

tried it on my retired character on an NPC, and didn't notice any dramatic increase. Is it that it's stacks with it's self? I thought nothing in the game could stack with it's self?

i constantly feel the camo hunter exploit, i regularly get hit 14-22,000 DMG from camo hunter as a stealth opener. Hard to survive when one ability is functioning so well (i know its an exploit) the rest of the dmg becomes irrelevant
