Name change is pretty much a basic feature of MMOs these days. Seeing it NOT in ESO is rather surprising.

Also, an appearance change item would be nice. I've been rather disappointed with some of my character choices due to the lighting in the character creation screen not being the best. Get in game with the actual game's lighting and your character looks horrible. The way it should work is you can't change gender, race, class, or faction alignment. Everything else is fair game.

I have a few ideas.

Spectral mounts
Large wolf mount.
Bull mount
Skeletal mounts
Unicorn mount, black and white varieties, maybe elemental ones.Also maybe make them with a soul gem stabbed in the centre of their forehead rather than traditional ones.
20% exp gain consumable elixer or totem(2 hours) one purchase a week restriction to all players
Magic mirror to change appearance (Although this could be in game)
Vampire and werewolf motifs/crafting.
Dremora polymorph
Spectral polymorph
More beard styles, longer and uncut would be good for all those Merlins and Dumbledores out there.
Alternate Pack leader and Berserker colours for werewolf.

Starter enchanter pack
Starter blacksmith pack
Starter clothier pack
Starter woodworker pack

I've already submitted this list to crown store wish list. Whether it gets noticed or not is another matter.

Normally I would go with more mounts, but I already feel that's coming. What I would want is a better quality costume. Like more variety that I would actually want to buy. Right now I feel the costumes are lacking and I would only want to buy something I couldn't live with out or would want to keep it over my armor all the time. For example; if there was a costume for the Flame Atronach, I would buy that in a heart beat!

Bring back the blacksmith and chef costume for a start and no more removals if you create something to put on the crown store then keep it there permanently, you are only loosing money by doing this all the time ZOS

It is a bit shady and elder scrolls deserves better treatment.

Race change is impractical and ZOS aren't going to let it be because people will exploit it. Create a Bosmer, get Bow to level 50 and then swap to Dunmer send your Dual Wield flying. That makes perfect sense! Why let people switch races to gain a 15% bonus to leveling a skill? It's not like you can craft items with traits that give a much bigger bonus to begin with. That would just be silly.
