I think they'd run out of mounts before costume ideas.
I mean, Neverwinter is running out of ideas pretty fast. But they also rarely release a new costume. They have spiders, drakes, horses of all sorts (undead, flaming, regular, armored), bears, worgs, tigers. There's not a lot more they could do.
With Elder Scrolls there's a bit more of a world-base to pull ideas from, like dwemer machine mounts or saber-tooths. Yes, Neverwinter is D&D, so it's basically unlimited, but there's only so far they can go with the world they built.
The ideas for costumes is unlimited. There's armors from past games. There's a tuxedo for the wedding dress. There's king/queen. Then there's stuff like being a zombie (there's already a draugr polymorph), courtesan, hermit, dragonskin, dremora, and the ones everyone's been waiting on, the Nord, Breton, and Altmer from the trailers. Also, making yourself into the visage of Greybeards or Mannimarco.

Appearance change for sure. I know in the TES games other than Oblivion (where you could change it up before you left the sewer) you're pretty much stuck but it would be nice in all of them including this one if you looked at your character post creation and went OMG... you could fix them up a little. Sometimes when you're out in the world they don't look like they did when you made them for some reason. I've had several tries at mine and he keeps looking OLD. Like you can either have soft and they have a big nose or you can go angular and they get a pointy nose and a bunch of old age related issues. I want to be able to fix that.
A one-shot item to level up a non-set item to the level of the user.
I want to be able to use the Bow from Brakenleaf even at vet 16.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis
Full character appearance recreation. Should be purchasable in the Crown store.
Barbershop for hairstyles, adornments, hair color and body marking changes should be purchasable by a vendor with gold.
Don't care much for race change option but honestly, I can see why people would want this if they respect their characters and want a more viable race. Should be purchasable with crowns. Maybe the same amount of crowns as it would cost for the play any race in any alliance pack.
I would love more costumes, or perhaps something purchasable with crowns that allows you to change the appearance of an already owned item into a different race appearance. Kind of like the Imperial has the option to convert items to the imperial style.

One of the possibilities in the forums store is books of set crafting armors and custom armors that can only be found, I think we should be able to use armor's with special traits ourselves. Let's say we are a level 50 werewolf build but the only werewolf type armor that builds ultimate quickly doesn't go that high.

I voted more costumes, since I'll certainly buy any new costumes that catch my eye, but what I'd really like is a revamped costume system. I'd like the costumes I buy to be dyeable and broken down into slots.
You'd still buy a full costume, but each armor slot would have an equivalent costume slot, so you could mix and match pieces from your purchased costumes. They'd need to break costumes down into equipable pieces to make the mix and match work, which would be more work on ZOS's end, but since we're paying for the costumes anyway, I think it's reasonable.
I'd buy virtually every costume that comes out in a system like that, since even if I don't like the costume as a whole, as long as there's a single slot of it I like and could mix with something else, the costume still has value to me. Same with dyes. I might not like the colour of the costume by default, but if I could change it, instant sale.
They'd sell more costumes with a more open ended system, I think.
A fixed appearance tab, so we can keep the looks of any outfit or armor, while our actual stat armor is still equipped. I'd pay crowns for this.
I'm always open to new mounts, but wording it "bear mounts/new mounts" feels like I'm basically voting for a bear mount, and personally, there are other mounts I'd like to see before a bear.
"Except the story about the bear. That one's true."
Need to be able to switch off xp, the levelling rate is way out of synch with the content . I hate out-levelling quests, please provide us with the means to prevent this. NB most other MMOs do (or used to) provide this in some shape or form (LoTRO, EQ2, VGSoH...). For ESO plus players it should be free, after I certainly did not ask for more xp.....
