ESO Launcher Starts up very slow (Never used too).

Hey all, so recently I have noticed that my ESO Launcher starts up very slowly, it never used to do this, has only happened over the past 2 weeks or so (Maybe even after a Patch but I never noticed then if so).
My Computer Specs are good I play the game in high and can go to Ultra as well unless in (PvP).
It generally takes 20 seconds or so for the actual play button to appear. I have tried Repairing multiple times and tried a few other minor fixes that never worked.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Arandear✭✭✭I still have this issue, hopefully it'll be fixed with an upcoming Patch or something because I never had it before and I am certain it's nothing my end.
