Hey,
does power surge increases the damage only from "magicka dmg abilities"? So, the sorcerer storm tree abilities wont benefit form the +20% of power surge?

✭✭✭✭✭Power Surge grants +20% to BOTH Weapon AND Spell damage. This means that if it costs Magicka, then it is considered a SPELL. So yes, it will definitely benefit Sorcerer Storm abilities.CP: 2105 ** ESO+ ** ~~ ***** Strictly a solo PvE quester *****

another question: how high will the %healing of ciritical surge will get up to? It starts with 50% and on max level it will be at 60%,70%?
