Hey,

does power surge increases the damage only from "magicka dmg abilities"? So, the sorcerer storm tree abilities wont benefit form the +20% of power surge?

    Power Surge grants +20% to BOTH Weapon AND Spell damage. This means that if it costs Magicka, then it is considered a SPELL. So yes, it will definitely benefit Sorcerer Storm abilities.

    another question: how high will the %healing of ciritical surge will get up to? It starts with 50% and on max level it will be at 60%,70%?

    How will power surge benefit from higher lvl, what will change if i level it up?

    I'm not sure of the exact number, but i can tell you that the healing from surge was nerfed to the ground with 1.6, and is not very useful.

    The heal can only proc once every 0.25 seconds now, which means running alot of DoTs can eat potential big heal ticks from hard hitting abilites.
